Who is “Fit Club” for? People of all fitness levels as any exercise can be modified or intensified. However, please note some of the workouts are high intensity cardio programs- which do include jumping and squating (important to note for those who may have serious joint problems).
What kind of workouts do we do at “Fit Club We will feature workouts from Beachbody like P90X; (Plyometrics, Kenpo X), Insanity, Turbo Fire. These workouts are high intensity cardio workouts. We will also do some lower intensity workouts such as Slim in 6, 10 minute trainer. The workouts will run anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour.
