At the age of fifty one, I just want to stay in shape and healthy.
I try to get one mile of running or bike riding a week. it helps get my energy levels up.
As we all have responsibilities on our plate. If I could, I would go back to body building and compete. It has always been a bucket list item since I was a kid. I would love to do it just one time.
