You already know that eating fresh, living foods makes you feel good. It's the middle of the month... Are you meeting your live food and health goals? Come kick start the second half of the month with a healthy, raw salad bar and group discussion!
As we head into the holiday season it can be a challenge to stay focused on your healthy diet when so many activities are celebrations are centered around food. Let's share our tips, tricks and even amazing recipes that will keep us eating fresh raw and living foods throughout the new year! If you've got favorite recipes that you love to eat during the holidays, please bring them!
For this event everyone should bring something to contribute to the salad bar, whether it be greens that you've prewashed, your favorite raw, vegan salad dressing, or tasty salad toppings. Please ensure that what you bring is raw, vegan and organic. We will provide plates, napkins, utensils, cups and plenty of fresh, pure water. Feel free to bring your own plate, utensils and cup if you would prefer to not use disposables.
This is a community event, all are welcome from live food newbie to experts alike.
We could tell you that coming to this event will ensure your success in meeting your health goals, or that you will be motivated to eat more healthy than ever before, putting you on the express path to radiant health, but only you can make it happen!
Come on out and bring a friend or family member to join in the fun!

I had a lovely time at the meetup. I learned so much from everyone sharing their thoughts and experiences in adopting the raw vegan lifestyle. The encouragement and support means a great deal. Thank you Robert and Kelly for organizing and hosting this wonderful get together.

we'll have some greens on hand! It'll probably be a good idea to bring a pen and some paper with you in case you want to copy any recipes or write down and tips/tricks!
