4th Annual Raw Vegan Community Holiday Party

Happy Holidays!
We know the holiday season can be busy, with lots of parties and gatherings. Most of these events serve up sugary, artificial, and/or unhealthy foods making it especially hard if you are eating a raw and/or vegan diet.
So why not come out and celebrate the holidays with the local Raw and Vegan community!
During the holiday season it can be hard to get together, so we thought we’d host the holiday party on Friday, December 14th at our house in North Raleigh.
Please bring one of your favorite raw and vegan dishes to share, along with a list of the ingredients (helpful for those who have allergies or other special dietary needs). We will provide plates, utensils, and napkins, so no need to bring your own.
We will also have plenty of fresh, pure water 
on hand along with our favorite raw, vegan holiday egg-less eggnog.
Even if you are not currently eating a raw or vegan diet but are interested in meeting others who do, come out to celebrate. All are welcome.
Join us for conscious company and good food with old and new friends, and celebrate a wonderful year for the raw vegan community here in the Triangle!

What an awesome way to spend my Bornday! It was the first raw Holiday gathering I've ever attended and it was amazing! The food was healthy and delicious, but the most important thing to me was that we all spent the evening with people passionate about health and well being, which was super-cool! Great meeting everyone!
