Hi Drew! Welcome to NC Raw, home of North Carolina's raw and living foods meetup group. Our members all love to share what they know about raw and living foods with others. I hope to meet you at an event soon!

My home is filled concrete walls and floor. Earth sheltered on the north and west side. Walk out with all windows and doors on south side. East side contains insulated garage doors. It has a traditional roof, but will be super insulated to simulate an earth covering. I hope to finish it in 2012 and will host meetups there.

Hello Drew, I don't have photos or a web site for our eco village, but some of the information about it can be viewed at: http://directory.ic.org/23358/Old_Mil... . We have recovered eight acres of farm land and completed an irrigation pond. We have lots of development work to do.
