I am a health coach (from IIN) who has just moved to Raleigh. Throughout 2012, I began exploring creative raw recipes that include sprouting, fermenting and dehydrating. I want to continue to boost the amount of raw food in my diet.
I love food that maximizes nutrient-density and health properties. Depending on the season, my goal is to eat about 50 percent raw in the brrr of winter, and about 80 to 85 percent raw in summer. I have discovered how creative we can be with dehydrated food but I want to learn how to store it properly, etc.
