Introduction

I've eaten totally raw since 9/08, I was vegetarian before that. I was reading my first Raw recipe and info book: Living On Live Food, and my 'body' knew it was going totally raw the next day. For me it was an easy transition.

My passion and life calling is helping people redefine "Impossible", I facilitate people back to wholeness thru Life Coaching and Energy Healing. The higher 'vibrations' I am, the higher quality of work I offer. & Because we are what we eat :)
