Introduction
I love living a raw food lifestyle. There is so much to learn and I have learned some things that I can share. I find it easier to really work at being raw with the support of others.
Where in North Carolina do you live?
I live in Raleigh off of Lake Wheeler Road, near the lake itself
Why are you interested in raw and living foods?
I have more energy when I eat raw/living foods. I have health issues and my health is improving because of being raw. Food preparation is also more fun with raw/living foods

Raw/living foods is the only way to go. Having the water there and having someone able to explain it...you've changed my mind. By the way, do you know of anyone doing a Thanksgiving/raw event? I'm a happy camper.

Re: Question about anthology. Anything read at the Royal Bean open mic will be considered for publication in the anthology. Space in book is limited. If I ask for your work at the end of the night-that means the piece is being considered for publication. The book will be published by MSR after May.

Hi Joan. I just saw your message. The open mic event was scheduled and posted weeks ago (not just now). A reminder message was also sent a week ago AND today. The way open mic (at Royal Bean) works: show up and put your name in a bag. 14 people are randomly chosen to read for five minutes each. I Hope this information is helpful.
