Astrosynthesis helps people understand and integrate chart dilemmas with deep and often permanent results. Join us as we welcome Kay Taylor, a professional astrologer, healer and teacher, who has created a unique integration of her gift of clairvoyance with evolutionary and psychological astrology, psychosynthesis and hypnotherapy.
She teaches workshops and leads international retreats, is an ISAR Consulting Skills Trainer and has lectured at UAC and ISAR conferences. Her Astrology.com blog, ‘An Intuitive Life’, synthesizes astrology, metaphysics and intuitive development. She has a grounded, heart-centered, spiritual approach and has maintained a thriving practice based in the San Francisco Bay Area for thirty years.
About the Lecture:
Questions about love and relationship are often what drive people to reach out and explore astrology. Are we compatible? Is he/she going to change? Should I stay and work on this relationship, or is it time to leave?
Although the synastry or composite answers some of those questions, the real underlying issue often is the need for personal transformation. Relationship challenges in an individual chart include hard aspects of outer planets to Venus, certain nodal structures and stressful aspects in relationship-oriented houses. Until we integrate our hard aspects, we will draw the same relationship issues to ourselves, over and over.
Kay Taylor's years of working with clients has evolved to what she calls ‘Astrosynthesis’. This involves blending the underlying philosophy of psychosynthesis and using its guided processes with astrology. Psychosynthesis is a rich spiritual psychology that is now infused throughout humanistic psychology.
This lecture will help you understand how empathy, language and simple processes can help someone (including yourself) access the wise Self and the unconscious, evoking unique inner symbolism. We will focus specifically on the healing of relationship issues.
