Austin CoppockTHE (RE)BIRTH CANAL: Transiting Saturn and the North Node in Scorpio

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Building C, Room C210

On October 5th, 2012, Saturn enters Scorpio, beginning a new chapter in our individual and collective lives.  Saturn will be in the stingered sign until 2015, auditing our personal and collective underworld and churning up all sorts of charged subjects- sex, death, corruption, transformation and paranoia. Saturn won’t be all alone in the Scorpion’s den, though.  The North Node, the head of the mythic Eclipse Dragon, will be keeping Saturn company in Scorpio until 2014.  The North Node directs our evolutionary trajectory straight down the winding tunnels of transformation and into the underworld majesty that Saturn in Scorpio reveals. Join us on October 11th for a symbolic and historical examination of what Saturn and the North Node’s time in Scorpio means for both you and your world.

Very good talk though one star shy of 5 due to over emphasis on cultural anthropology, i.e., too many historical examples. Didn't need so many examples though maybe this is simply what meetup was about. Appreciated presenter's research but would have liked to have heard more about personal and spiritual processes to anticipate during this upcoming allignment. The microcosm i.e., we as individuals, of the macrocosm, i.e. the world at large, was squeezed into the very last minutes. Also would have liked more encouragement of class participation. Though again, very good for what it was.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
