Introduction

My passion in environmentalism, my business is real estate. I decided it's time to integrate the two. I believe development can be friendlier and homes more energy efficient.

What form of transportation most used?

Unfortunately mostly Honda Accord. I'm the only realtor I know that doesn't drive an SUV. This was a deliberate choice...not as cushy a ride...faster decision. When I can I ride by bike for quick runs to the store or walk with a back pack. Unfortunately there's not very much I can walk to.

Type of dwelling?

Townhouse ---ok, it's not my dream but it's already built and it saves energy as I have insulating walls on both sides of me!

How have you reduced your fossil fuel consumption since learning about Peak Oil?

Yes, I spot heat the house in the winter. I plan all my errands for maximum efficiency.
