Triad Story Exchange Meetup

Join us for a monthly gathering of storytellers and lovers on the third Thursday evening of every month at 6 p.m. in the

CityArts Conference Room (UNDER THE STAIRS ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR), Greensboro Cultural Center, 200 N Davie Street, 27401.

Triad Storytelling Exchange is a supportive non-competive environment where newcomers can try out storytelling or just listen and professionals can try our new material or ask for audience feed back on material they are working on. This program is co-sponsored by Greensboro Public Library and the CityArts/Greensboro Parks and Recreation Dept.

Each time I attend our monthly gathering, I am impressed with the abilities, energies, and talent of the people in TSE. I look forward with anticipation to each meeting. It was good to see Clift back from his several months of harrowing adventure! See you February 20th.

It was great to have my good friends Santa Steve and Debra Gillham join us last night. Steve is a gifted story teller and you folks are really going to enjoy having him as part of our group. Debra brings a lot of levity to our meetings too. You are really going to enjoy getting to know these fine people from Chapel Hill.

Had a great time...Toni's return, two Santas, several newcomers, and faithful storytellers and lovers. Alexis did a great job leading the session and telling about her Christmas tree cutting adventure.

I would love to come, but I'll have to miss out. I'm had to schedule dinner with my family for my birthday today. I'll see you guys next time! I hate to miss Charlotte's Wolf Moon story, that sounds interesting!

Look forward to seeing lots of storylovers and storytellers this evening. Maybe stories of the Wolf Moon?

I have been telling stories for as long as I can remember, and I do have favorites, a few about my family and some about things I have picked up along the way. It is amazing what one can communicate with a story.
