NCTech4Good Message Board › Job Ad: Full time Drupal Web Developer
The North Carolina Biotechnology Center seeks a Drupal Web Developer to develop web-based interfaces to existing Biotechnology Center data and for supporting the technical functions of the corporate website.
The Web Developer will maintain and enhance existing web applications such as the company database and the jobs board. The position will work with the various departments in the Center to analyze their needs, outline the interface specifications and develop that interface. In addition to development, the person in this position will document their work, establish and enforce code standards and develop user manuals as needed. This position also includes some support of the corporate intranet, which is built on SharePoint.
The successful candidate will have experience developing web-based search interfaces for a variety of applications using Drupal. Broad experience in website management and administration is preferred.
Minimum requirements include a four-year degree in a relevant field; three years of relevant work in web development; and experience using Drupal (ver. 6 or 7) to write custom modules and build multi-layer web applications. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
Annual Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000.
