The Philippines is arguably one of the most biologically diverse places in the world. Long time shooter and NCUPS member Ben Tetzner (Bennie-Bob Global Productions) recently traveled to the Anilao in the Philippines and has come back with some fantastic images to share.
In addition to being one of the most economical places to go for fantastic diving, Anilao is among the top destinations for macro photography. Ben took full advantage of this and has produced a spectacular collection of some extremely unique marine life captured with an artistic flare.
Ben graduated from SF State in 1975 with a marine biology degree. This got him interested in underwater photography, and multi- media shows. He has been a member of NCUPS since the early 1970's and has won multiple prizes as an amateur photographer. He is currently retired and does hobby work as a machinist on his own photography equipment.
This meeting will also feature Oliver Edwards, President of the Aqua Tutus Dive Club. Oliver will be holding an intermediate level Photoshop workshop for all of those who wish to work on their post editing processes. This workshop will start promptly at 7:00 with Ben as the main event starting at 8:00.
