Number of years shooting underwater photography or video

2 years shooting with underwater compact camera, just starting to shoot video this year.

Type of photographic or video equipment you are currently shooting with (including housing and lighting sources)

Olympus E-PL2 in Oly housing and ikelite strobes with ikelite tray and ulcs arms and parts, sola 600 as spot light. Go Pro video camera with backscatter custom under water housing and glass port, ULCS tray and Sola 500 and 600 lights. Sony PC350 video camera in Gates housing with same Sola lights and 2 video lock line adapters.

Areas of photographic interest (black & white, DSLR, Compact/Point & Shoots, video, macro, wide angle, etc...)

I like all photography, macro or wide angle and video... just trying it all little by little. Macro, close focus wide angle, black and white silhouettes, 2 subjects or more it is all very different and fun.

Number of years scuba diving

Diving since 2001, certified as Master scuba diver in 2010 and going on 11 years of diving now.

I am a aquarium service professional and have been into photography and action sports for as long as i can remember now i am trying to expand my skills to help share my experiences and passions and to help bring awareness to the ocean environment.

What michael w. is saying about this Meetup Group

Good group to be a part of if you dive and take photos or videos. It is always good to have more experienced photographers to learn from and there are plenty here.
