Join us every Wednesday at Revolution Yoga for our group meditation. Meditating has been proven to not only lower stress levels and reduce anxiety but also lower blood pressure by increasing blood flow and slowing our heart rate, it decreases exhaustion and creates energy, it aids in curing sickness and chronic illness and even prevents other problems from coming up in our physical body. A meditation practice can create confidence, improve your relationships with your friends and family and allows you to be aware of your true self. Through one on one time with ourselves we analyze our thoughts and find the root of issues we deal with on a daily basis, that we otherwise believe to be uncontrollable. Meditation allows our body-mind-spirit to come into harmony; with that harmony comes compassion, wisdom and awareness which can free our minds from any obstacles that get in the way a peaceful, happy life. At Revolution our meditation begins with Pranayama (breath control exercises), Chanting, and finishes with a Silent Meditation! We hope to see you there.
