  • PRENATAL YOGA: Thursdays at 7:30 PM and Mondays at 4:30 PM

    Monday's: Gentle flow / prenatal-appropriate practice with your non-pregnant friends and partners in a safe environment. Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy.

    POSTNATAL YOGA AND BABY: Saturdays at 8 AM

    This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant. Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Dads are welcome too!! All levels. Class is one hour.

    KIDS YOGA 3-5 YEARS OLD: Thursdays at 4:30 PM

    This class is held at the same time as an adult class in the next room so parents and caregivers can practice too!! This playful class builds social skills and encourages self expression. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing and play yoga in this energy releasing class. Class is one hour.

    KIDS YOGA 6-10 YEARS OLD: Tuesdays at 4:30 PM

    This class is held at the same time as an adult class in the next room so parents and caregivers can practice too!! Improve strength, flexibility and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures, group games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class is one hour.
