I'm a meditator with little yoga experience. I look forward to this group!

Have you done yoga before?

Yes, but not a lot. I'm a meditator and have experienced how calming and peaceful yoga can be. Not in great shape but know how yoga will help with that.

What do you hope to gain from your yoga practice?

Yoga practice to add to the benefits of my meditation practice. Meet new people. Greater physical health, calmer mind, & spiritual peace.

What things are you grateful for in your life?

I have experienced extreme trauma in my life. I am grateful to be alive, to have people in my life to love & who love me, and to have the time and space in my life to welcome and help others.
