I've been practicing yoga and meditation for 4 years.
I hope it will continue to help me find grounding and sense of self in all the craziness life brings!
My friends, my family, my support system. I'm hugely grateful that I've found a path that allows me to grow day to day. I'm grateful for all the lessons I've learned and all the lessons I will learn.
I'm a yoga teacher/health enthusiast! I love all things bhakti, spirited and fun!
