An Evening of Yoga Flows, Ecstatic Sound, and Hope

Come join us for a candle-lit, Prana Flow Yoga Class, with Amanda DiGiovanna, Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of www.alotofbeautiful.com, set to a Live World Music performance by musician and producer Philip Jimenez.

Experience juicy yoga flows aimed at bringing you to a higher vibration, feel the link between sound and sensation as the music leads your practice and your practice leads the sound, truly an experience like no other!

Class ends with a call and response Ecstatic Chanting session in Sanskrit. Learn the meaning behind the ancient yogic chants we often hear in class and breathing techniques to help you sustain your AUMs. Lose yourself to the experience of sound and come closer to your Inner Spirit!

Class will be followed by a Tea Party and Silent Auction to raise money for The Mosqoy Foundation, a non-for-profit based in the Sacred Valley of Peru, working to bring schooling to impoverished children in the area as well as a textiles revitalization project aimed at keeping the weaving culture of that region intact, protecting the basis upon which their society was built. For more information on The Mosqoy Foundation please visit: www.mosqoy.com (suggested donation $10- $1500 full child sponsorship)- please feel free to invite friends and family to the tea party which begins at 7pm.

Let’s make this a night that not only affects your life, but also changes the lives of these inspiring children in Peru!
