Hope you'll join us for a fun-filled afternoon at Atlanta's own winter wonderland, Snow Mountain! http://www.stonemountainpark.com/events/Snow-Mountain.aspx
For the uninitiated, Snow Mountain is an annual feature at Atlanta's Stone Mountain Park, with a huge hill for sledding (in individual or family sized tubes), plus a fun snowy play area for younger kids with its own smaller hills for sledding and plenty of room for making snowmen. Dress warmly, of course, and maybe plan to splurge on hot cocoa and marshmallows for toasting on the fire pits.
The admission is by reservation (approx. price is $22 for kids and $28 for adults, but various discount coupons are frequently available; there's also a $10 fee per car to enter Stone Mountain Park). I'll ask for a firm head count for attendance a few days before Jan. 25th, but if you're at interested in this event, please go ahead and RSVP now so I can get a general sense of the hopeful attendance. (And be sure to add it to your calendar now so you don't forget.)
Please note that the timeframe specified for this event allows for a few hours at Snow Mountain, and then some time for us to catch-up over warm pizza and cold brews at the nearby Stone Mountain Pizza Cafe: http://www.pizzacafe.com/smpc/tour.html
This will be a fun one for the kids and for the adults - you will not want to miss it!
