We have over 200 people signed up as of this point for this Awesome Event

I want to say thank you for the Donations so far. i WAS able to get Plates, Cold Cups, hot cups, Plastic Ware, paper towels , Condiments, 6 Cases of water, paper towels, dish soap and sponges, 4 camp propane tanks for the lanterns or small grills

We still need help at the event. Setup , sign in table, food table help, parking directing, Take down, clean up, and a few other things. If you have the ability to come out Thursday to help out we need help with sign making and set up .. If you would like to stay for free Thursday Night come help out.  Call me at [masked] if you can.  The Owner has allowed me to bring in a few people to stay Thursday and help.
