How often should we get together?

It was decided that we should have regular meetings (but not too often). To lock down the freqency of our gatherings please rate the choices outlined. A Rating of 10 means "I think this is a great frequency" and a rating of 1 means "I do not think this is appropriate at all" Other numbers are a scale between those values. What Day and Time should we get together?

It was decided that we should have regular meetings but some people cannot attend during the business day and some prefer not to meet after hours due to shortage of family time as it is and other reasons. To lock down meeting time please rate the choices outlined. A Rating of 10 means "I think this is a great Time/Day" and a rating of 1 means "I do not think this is appropriate at all" Other numbers are a scale between those values. You can have multiple items with the same value

Would Alternating Months and Scheduled Times be Acceptable?

By doing a locked schedule some will not be able to attend at all due to normal work day conflicts. I will be putting the schedule together for the next 6 months very soon and will be using the results of the polls and the observations from the discussion to figure out what the meeting time(s) should be. I have already gotten feedback from multiple people that any meeting during the work day will preclude them from being able to participate. What would this look like? Meeting every other month for the "day" people and every other month for the "evening" people. This might give everyone the opportunity to participate at least once a quarter (assuming you might miss meetings for other committments on occasion).
