1200 Noon Hike Hogback Ridge Metropark Parking Lot --

Hike will be very moderate not exceeding 3 miles and will go for about 1.5 hours, terrain is hilly. Suggest you bring a change of warm dry clothes.

--then proceed to ICE Wine Festival next door.

Winter Hours : January 1st to April 30th
Monday & Tuesday – Closed
Wednesday Noon - 6 p.m.
Thursday Noon – 8 p.m.
Friday & Saturday Noon – 11 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Participating wineries include: Debonné Vineyards, Ferrante Winery & Ristorante, Grand River Cellars Winery and Restaurant, Laurello Vineyards, South River Vineyards & St. Joseph Vineyards.

Patrons will visit each of the participating wineries and sample their Ice Wine along with a complimentary appetizer & an ice wine glass.

Many of the wineries will also have a featured event including ice carving, jewelry shows, dog sledding & much more.

Cost is $6 at each winery, which includes wine samples, appetizer and special events. (Bring in a canned food item and receive $1 off per person to help support our local food banks.)

A band will be playing from 7 - 10 pm at the Grand River Cellars Winery and Restaurant where there is also a dancefloor.

    I suggest you bring some extra food or a large packed lunch and bottled water if your out for a good part of the day and evening. Not much out there for groceries or stores.
