Thank You so much for following up with that info Colleen, I'll have to take a few family members with me to see that.

I was looking at the photos posted from this hike; can anyone tell me where those stone sculptures are at in Hinckley. I've hiked around the ledges & did not see them.

Hello Steve, so sorry it took me awhile to respond. The sculptures can be found at the Worden's Ledges. The address is 895 Ledge Rd. in Hinckley. The address will take you to the homestead where you can see some sculptures around the house. There will be a trail that will lead you to the sculptures from the house. May I suggest taking a tour through the Hinckley Historical Society. There is so much fascinating information about the homestead and the sculptures. Hope this helps.

I'm so sorry to miss this, but I pulled a back muscle yesterday and it's really bothering me. If the trails were dry, I wouldn't be concerned, but with the muddy conditions I'm a bit afraid of slipping and injuring myself further.

Sorry to hear about your back. I hope you have a speedy recovery. See you on the trails.

    Hello everyone,
I heard from the naturalist who will be leading our hike on Saturday. Please prepare yourself for some muddy areas, since rain is in the forcast for Friday. The entrance to the Wardons area (where the rock carvings are) is expected to be muddy. Please wear proper shoes (hiking boots) or shoes that you don't care if they get muddy. See you all on Saturday. Happy hiking.

    Hello all,
I put RED markers to find the location of where the boathouse is located at Hinckley Lake. You will have to follow the signs when driving down West Dr. Hope this helps.
