Canoe / Kayak the Upper Cuyahoga River

Distance : about 7 Miles (with an option to do 10)

Rating: Moderate (about 2 hours - 3 if you do 10 miles)

Description: A nice local river trip.  Bald Eagles are nesting near the river bank this year!  Hopefully, we'll see them.

Directions: Camp Hi Canoe Livery, Inc., 12274 Abbott Rd., Hiram, OH 44234

Price: About $20/person for the canoe / kayak rental (if we have more than 10 people, we get a discount - the amount varies).  Feel free, however, to bring your own if you have one.  It is 1/2 the price if you bring your own boat.  No need to call Camp Hi for a reservation.  They have plenty of boats and they are already expecting us.

This is a family friendly river trip.  Moderate paced water, a couple of nice swimming spots, usually lots of turtles and birds.  Long enough to be an adventure, but not so long that it gets boring.  Excellent for the weather we've been having!

If you want, we'll meet at Blazin Bills afterward (12891 Main Market Road, Burton, OH[masked] (440)[masked]) for refreshments

Call me at[masked] if needed.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
