Description: Mount Pleasant Loop Trail: Hike along wetlands up to an older oak forest. Big trees with wide, spreading branches indicate that this area was once a pasture. I will be leading this hike on crutches, thus this will be super slow and we will be stopping to smell the roses. This is the perfect hike for the absolute beginner and those of you nursing injuries or having disabilities of your own. I, for one, am sick of not being on the trail because of my injuries and am starting these rehab hikes so that I can enjoy the many beautiful trails in Northeast Ohio despite my current physical condition. I hope some of you will decide to come out and join me.
