Leisure Brecksville Hike - 3x3 3+ Mi. x 3MPH

We will leave promptly at 6:15 PM so that we finish the hike before sundown.  Please note the new time of 6:15PM.  We will begin our hike in the woods - - while there is daylight, and end on the APT - All Purpose Trail.  Flashlights will be needed as the Fall season progresses.  We will be hiking until Mid November.

Join us for a relaxed pace 3 to 4.5 mile hike by the Brecksville Nature Center/Harriet Keeler Memorial Picnic Pavilion. There will be Hiking OPT-Outs at 2.5 Miles, and the ability to continue on (up to 4.5 miles) for those - that are increasing their endurance.  No Hiker will be left behind.  We will meet in the parking lot Tuesday evening.  Depending upon muddy/slippery conditions - our round trip will be from the Nature Center Wildflower Overlook area down towards Station Road Bridge.

Rating:      Easier-Intermediate due to hills, and uneven terrain.

Distance:   3 Miles, Optional mile(s) add-on, for those wanting to increase endurance

Speed:      3 mph, 20 minutes per mile.

This is a hike.  If you care for only a walk/stroll in the park, we assume the you will want to stay around the Nature Center as the trees and birds are amazing at this time of the year.  You are welcomed to begin with us. Please bring water.
