My husband strained his back moving some furniture. He is icing it now, we hope to make it to Creekside.

Does the creek hike go in water over the top of my boots? Not worried about water on the outside because they are gore Tex, but need them to be dry on the inside for tomorrow.

I will have to cancel. I leave from work to attend and I did not bring the appropriate gear for a creek hike. I was prepared for rain and mud. No time to go back home before the hike. Next time :-)

It is not supposed to start raining until 7pm. And since it has not rained in the last 5 days - - how about a Creek Walk. First 2 miles will be creek; and next 1 mile will be opt out; and the remainder of us will go through the woods by the nature center - - Reversing our typical hike. See you all - - !!

Hi Karen - Yes, we still hike rain or shine; and NOT in lightening. But often we will show up just in case - and then go to Creekside. The leisure hike is both exercize and a social event. Looking forward to meeting you.
