SORRY FOR THE CHANGE!  This location should be closer for most attendees.

Bring: Maps & ideas for our 2013 Paddling season.  Returning to Chagrin River and Portage Lakes are trips I'd like to repeat this year. I'd also like us to consider another trip down to the area where we went last summer where we traveled downstream with the other kayaks and canoes...now where was that?? Anyone?? Then we had lunch across the street. That was a fun time and great trip for beginners!! New trip ideas are welcomed! New members please join us and get to know your the leadership team!

I share Doug's dismay about the No-Shows for this event. It is nothing less than rude to RSVP Yes for a dinner, and then not show up. It only takes a minute to change to "No" or to call us. This will have even more impact on the paddlng events. Please be more considerate.

The river was the Mohican. Good river to get warmed up for the season and for beginners. I'd be organizer for a Mogadore Lake trip if interested. It's near me and I know where put in is. Good for exercising

Now it's going to be tough with the dinner in Canton. Check out The Quarry, it would be better meeting spot than Belden's Applebees. www.quarrygolfclubggp.com I'm watching the weather to see if the air temp and water temp will equal 90 degrees. If so you can find me on the Vermilion river.

use to be my lunch spot. Single meals have been under $8, and thought is would be a great location for private meeting in a open restaurant. Saturdays is 1/2 price steak night which brings them doing to under $10.

I'm searching for paddling in southern Kentucky for Cleveland's Spring break(April 1-6). Anyone have any trip reports to share. I'm looking at Laurel Lake, Cumberland River, or Cave Lake.

I use it has a the first paddle of the year and a timed paddle.
It's could (will) cold, but if dressed for the conditions it's a good time. Might affect on Saturday if the meet up over an hour away.

I agree but I was referring to the courageous men and women who fought the 911 skyjackers. "LET'S ROLL!" LOL! But March 24 is ok with me.
