      “ I'm guessing at the number I didn't count. Everyone was very nice and helpful and very cooperative in orienting me, "the newbie." :) It was a very pleasant evening all around. ”

      “ I had a great time. My family (myself, husband and 7 year old daughter) were first time attenders and the fellow volunteers made us feel right at home. There were a lot of ways for my daughter to help which is unusual for volunteer opportunities, so I was very grateful that we attended. ”
    • “ There were some drop-in volunteers there last night with a small girl that wanted her to learn about giving back. Besides the great folks from the meet-up group, it was nice to see a youngster there. As usual the after dinner festivites were enjoyable for everyone ”
