We Hike Rain or Shine or Snow yes i hike all winter also! :)
i always hike at a easy pace we are here to enjoy the scenery
i encourage everyone to bring 2-3 liters of drink water included snacks and a good lunch we normally eat at the peak or vista
i always suggest hiking footwear and a headlamp if you ever do get caught in the dark its happened! extra pair of socks incase of wet feet! and warm layers for the return trip from the peak!
oh and bring your camera for the fall colors!
