Do you own a Raspberry Pi?

I own three!

Have you used an Arduino or other small microcontroller?

Yes, I recently purchased a starter kit and I'm just getting familiar with the platform.

Do you program? What languge(s)?

Yes. Professionally in JavaScript (client/server), and I tinker with Python, Go, Perl, Ruby, and a little C. I have previous experience with C# and Java, but I avoid those these days.

Do you build circuits?

Not really, but I want to learn!

Do you see the Rasberry Pi as (a) a sort of small tablet/mobile computer (b) a headless hardware controller (c) some other wacky thing (d) that's the Big Question, isn't it?

(e) all of the above :) I used my first Pi as a router to balance traffic between two crappy Internet connections. Now, I'm starting to explore its GPIO capabilities and I also am using a Motorola LapDock to build a laptop of sorts.

I'm an integration developer for a software company. In my spare time, I tinker. Started playing with the Raspberry Pi when I needed to build a dual-wan router. Got hooked, and this lead to the exploration of Arduino and other things.
