Many, but not frequently. Until I bought my kayak in 2013. Now I belong to 4 kayaking groups!
Bought a 15.6 Willow Sea Kayak by Current Design. Has 3 hatches. I also have a spray skirt.
Hiking, walking, swimming, camping, snow shoeing, XC skiing...
I attending the free kayaking clinics in April and May 2013. Have attended one class "yoga for kayakers." Did the Haverhill High School Pool session, self and 2 person rescue, wet exit, etc. ...just need to put it all to good use! (I did another self and assisted rescue at Pawtucaway, and a session at wmca in Salem, ma. Both last year. Can do wet exit, assisted rescue, self rescue, have most of not all required (suggested) gear including dry suit.) March 30, 2016 Addendum: I can now add on to my skills training that I'm in the process of taking the AMC NH Paddlers Developmental Sea Kayaking skills, can now do wet exit with spray skirt, in a pool. Next class will be doing this, and self and 2 man rescue in a lake. Last session will be performing all these skills in the ocean.
Ok so NOW I have car racks, rails, saddles AND a new Kayak!! Not to mention a lot of what you and various books, magazines, etc told me to get... so now I need WATER TIME!!
I am going to love this group! Great times ahead! Finally got to paddle with you guys! Thanks for having me! Thanks for all the tips and pointers. Thanks Neil and Steve. And to the lovely women I'm starting to getting to know a little. Looking forward to next time! And let me add Cathy Foley to this list!
