I am hoping to learn easier and more interesting ways to eat raw foods. I don't cook much because of the time it takes, and am not in a position to buy lots of gadgets to juice or prepare foods, so am hoping there are some good ideas out there. It would also be helpful to connect with others who are eating this way and living a healthier lifestyle without a lot of chemicals--including fragrances so I can be well when I attend these events . . .
I just started, so am eating mostly salads, dried fruits and nuts . . . I am also only 50/50 raw foods and would like to get to around 90% raw.
Once in a while get together to learn how to prepare raw foods--dishes that don't take much time. I have allergies, so am limited in what I can eat and am running out of ideas. Also want to meet in a group of people who are considerate of others health issues and do not wear fragrances.
Not at this time.
