Stacy O. offered to grab mine. I work way out in outer SE so no way I could get there till 4 p.m. at the earliest. Anyways, thank you Stacy. Now I don't have to stress and run back and forth between two parts of town.
P.s. My parents are moving to Ridgefield, WA and the back is huge. Lots of acreage..pool, etc. good place in the summer to meetup . its about 7 miles from the refuge...just heads up.

We will meet at 12 noon and take down our own photos and those we are taking for someone else. We will work in pairs to make the job of wrapping each in paper easier. You may want to bring plastic trash bags in case it is raining to cover the pictures for transport to the car.

Ladies, Elaine at the City Hall has very little space in her cubicle in the back office. She can only keep a few pictures until closing. It is imperative that you contact someone in the group who is going to pick up your picture for you. I cannot transport very many nor do I want to be responsible for too many. Please contact me about what you will be doing.

Although I do not have anything, I could help if arriving about 12:45 or 1:00 is ok (I have a class in Ptld until 12:15).
Also, if someone would like me to pick their's up and retrieve it from me later in the day or two, I can do that.
I live in SE Portland near 52nd SE Stark.

I am sorry that this is difficult for people to get to. I understand you work. But you have to make some contact with the people who are in the group to ask. I have heard from very few people about how they plan to pick up their photos and there are only 12 attending so far. I need to hear from everyone who participated in the exhibit before next Thursday, Please!
