Policies and common courteousy

Greetings Ladies,

It seems that periodically I need to remind people of our group policies and common sense or courtesy issues.   Following are some points to remember:

  1. Please remember if you rsvp "yes" and your plans change, take a few minutes to change your rsvp to "no".  This is our group's policy and it is a common courtesy also.
  2. Please remember we voted not to post more than 10 photos to any one photo album.  The only recent exception is the "Possible Exibit Submissions." You can post 20 photos to that album if you like. ( I refuse to be a police person to checkt this out all the time, so if I notice it or it is pointed out to me that  a person is posting too many photos,  I will just notice it and then if it happens more than a coupel times over a short period, I will just start deleting extra photos.)  Please monitor your posts yourself!  Thanks!
  3. It is important to contribute gas money when you car pool.  Ask the driver before you go if you feel more comfortable knowing ahead of time.
  4. If you sign up to go on a meetup, that means you plan to "meetup" with the group and at least spend some time with the them.  Otherwise,  why bother signing up?
