Changing your RSVP notice when your plans change

Hello Ladies,  We had a very interesting and successful class on Digital Color Printing today.  Forty-three members attended the meetup.  However as of this morning,  fifty-six people had signed up for the class.  This means 13 people did not change their rsvp to "no" to let us know they were not coming.  Does that mean all of these people had last minute things that they could not avoid or does that mean those people signed up and figured it didn't matter if they did not show up?  It might be a little of both, but this email is a reminder that we need an accurate count of how many people plan to attend a meetup for many reasons.  This was a "free" learning experience of high quality.  We secured a larger venue because so many members indicated they wanted to come to this event.  We did that because we wanted everyone to be able to attend.

In the future, please rsvp "yes" if you are sincerely planning to attend a meetup!  If something comes up or you are sick, please change your rsvp to "no" as soon as possible!  This includes "photo shoots" also.  Thanks in advance for this consideration.
