Gigi and I went to City Hall today to prepare for the reorganizing of the exhibit for Februaryl. When we arrived on the 2nd floor, we immediately noticed that 3 pictures that had been hung behind the counter were missing! We hurried to the Mayor's office to talk to Elaine about what was going on. She greeted up with, "Did you get my email, already? I just sent it!"
Below is the email she had sent. I think she missed listing one picture that was sold so I cannot tell you that one, but I was too excited to wait untill I could figure that one out. I will update you as I get more information I need address from the photographers listed below. Please email these to me. I will forward them to Elaine. She will send you a check at the end of February so she can do it all at one time. This is such fantastic news for all of us and so encouraging!!!

Subject: ART SALES! WOW!
Hi Raelynn and Gigi,
Guess what? We just sold 8 works to a woman name Bichhang Nguyen of Hillsboro (she is the neighbor of Terri Robertson I believe.) When you get a chance, can you please send me the addresses of the below artists so that I may begin the payment process. Similarly, if the artists would like to send a thank you to Buchhang, her address is 1999 SE Duncan Dr, Hillsboro OR 97123.
· Terri Robertson’s “Lilly,” “Trillium,” and “Summer Evening”
o $285 total, $199.50 to go to Terri and $85.50 to remain with the BAC
· Ellen Quade’s “An Oregon Waterfall,” and “The Rays of the Setting Sun”
o $450 total, $315.00 to go to artist and $135.00 to remain with BAC
· Joanna Cecilliana’s “Blossoming Bridge”
o $225.00 total, $157.50 to artist and $67.50 to remain with BAC
· Brenda Honeyman’s “Nature’s Bouquet”
o $150.00 total, $105.00 to artists and $45.00 to remain with BAC
I will slightly rearrange the works so that there are not large vacancies on the wall. I assume that you all will be coming back at the beginning of February to bring some works in our less populated areas to the more public areas. Let me know if this is still the plan.
