Greetings- I’m excited to announce The Nebraska Vegetarian Society’s First Annual Thanksgiving Celebration: Fabulous Fowl-Free Feast! Come enjoy some fabulous fowl-free fare with friends and family! This month we will be having a delicious harvest themed cooking demo. Please bring to share a traditional or nontraditional dish (such as a favorite of your grandmother’s revamped with a vegetarian twist!) Drop me a line if you have any questions or need some suggestions. Here is a link to a few holiday recipe favorites; http://vegkitchen.com... Join us in giving thanks for our health, the earth, and the animals (human and nonhuman)! *Please remember to provide a card with your name and the name of your dish, whether its vegan or vegetarian, and ingredients for those who may be allergen sensitive. (No Nuts Please!)

Awesome! maybe next year we should have a live band playing and maybe we should have a check list or a list up so we know what people are bringing or what we should bring

The food was fantastic! I also hadn't been to many meetups in awhile, so it was great getting back in touch with everyone again.

Soy nuts are beans, so they are fine. Thanks so much for asking!
