Sleepy Hollow Cemetery Lantern Tour

Hey Everyone!

What better way to spend the Halloween season than in the birthplace of one of the most well-known spooky stories and the resting place of the writer himself? This lantern cemetery tour sounds both creepy and informative!

Evening lantern tours of Sleepy Hollow Cemetery are 2 hours long and introduce some of the famous and infamous residents of Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. After paying respects to Washington Irving, author of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow," we may visit Revolutionary War veterans, noted poets, artists, the soaring Gothic monument of a wealthy merchant, industrialists Andrew Carnegie and William Rockefeller, and others. We will also see some of the cemetery art, architecture, and symbols on the grounds, and may step into the cemetery's 112-year-old underground receiving vault.

Meeting up time: 6:30pm
Actual Tour begins: 7:00pm
Price: $24.99
Purchase tickets here: http://www.showclix.com/event/3646699

IMPORTANT: Tickets must be ordered online ASAP! This tour is understandably selling out! Please make sure you buy your ticket BEFORE you RSVP as a YES.

Refunds, exchanges: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds unless tour/event is canceled. Weather: Sleepy Hollow Cemetery walking tours generally run rain or shine. If we cancel a tour due to severe weather such as high winds, lightning, or heavy rain, we will promptly refund your full purchase price.

Hello Everyone! I just checked and tickets are now sold out!! I hope you all purchased your tickets already. :/ I also wanted to know if anyone is interested in meeting for dinner at around 5pm. There is a pub near the cemetery called J.P. Doyle's Restaurant and Public House. It got great reviews. Please let me know if you would be interested.

I'm in for dinner. Are we meeting up somewhere local and then carpooling up to Sleepy Hollow?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
