Hope NJ is celebrating their 35th Anniversary Craft Fair with over 200 vendors!
Hope is a small charming town with little shops & historic buildings. Everything is decorated for the Holidays. I love going not just to see the artisans hand craft items but, because it puts me in a good Christmas spirit mode. It's a great way to start the holidays and get in some good Christmas shopping at the same time. You won't find most of these items at the mall :-)
Their annual craft market takes place in five main buildings & other churches, smaller shops along the way. The majority of vendors being in the School, Community Center, Fire house, St. John's Church & Grange Building. A shuttle bus & map of participating buildings are provided. You can also just walk around.
There is a $4.00 one time fee per person. You can pay at any one of the participating sits. They'll stamp your hand to show you've paid & this is your pass to all the participating buildings. The craft fair runs Sat. & Sun. from 10am-5pm. Most of the participating sites provide lunch. Some of the things they've offered are: soups, sandwiches, chili, hot dogs, kettle corn, hot chocolate, hot cider & cider donuts. The Food is for fundraisers so your money is going toward charities.
