What time is setup, and is there a place to park where I won't have to carry the table and chairs too far? BTW, I only have two chairs.

I can only transport those supplies that I already have at my house and that can fit into a bookbag or a handbag.  I'm relying on public transit, so lugging furniture with me is not an option, nor can I pick up anything today.

The table below represents my understanding of what we need and who's bringing what. I've volunteered to bring everything that I think I can manage, but do please lighten my load and volunteer if you can bring anything here:
