Ten One Design - WordFlex - Creating Bootable Flash Drives - VideoGet

Come join us for another fun-filled and educational monthly meeting!

At our March general meeting, we will be featuring the following presentations:

This month, Jenny Coleman from Ten One Design will be demonstrating their complete line of products for the iPhone, iPod, iPad, iOS and Mac. With their line of pogo writing tools, cool iPhone and iPad cases, iPad stands, and game controllers, this Montclair, NJ design firm creates products to make your life awesome.

Scott Alenick will be showing the Wordflex Touch Dictionary app. Offering the first truly tactile, interactive reference for word lovers, the Wordflex Touch Dictionary is the next step in the evolution of the English dictionary+thesaurus.

Bob Helmond will give a short presentation on interesting uses for your USB Flash drive, including ways to assist you with troubleshooting problems.

Allan Warner will give a demonstration on how to make a bootable USB Flash drive which can be used as an alternate OS as well as serve as a valuable tool in your troubleshooting arsenal.

Nick Barton will present VideoGet, the application that makes it easy to download videos from sites like YouTube and covert them into a variety of formats.

And finally, Jerry Glacken will give another installment of Macintosh basics, featuring an assortment of things that every Mac user needs to know.

Oh and one more thing - rumor has it that Ten One Designs will be raffling off some of their awesome products for members in attendance.

As always, a meeting you won't want to miss! We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Had a good time tonight. Very good turnout as well - we almost filled the room. Nice to see some new faces and welcome to our new members who joined NJMUG tonight. Would like to thank Jenny and Peter from Ten One Designs for giving a great overview of all of their products for the Mac, iPad and iPhone. Also thanks to Scott, Bruce, and Nick for their presentations. Lots of good information. We'll be working on even more interesting stuff for next month's meeting. If there is a topic you would like to see covered, then please contact me and we'll try to add it to the agenda. Hope to see everyone one next month!
