A bit more info on the training:
- Vondelpark area
- Weekly x 10 weeks
- Small groups. 5-6 minimum needed - 10 max.
- 45 minute sessions
- Jogging - to improve distance, pace, breathing and overall performance
- Strengthening & stretching exercises - to tone and improve posture
- Class in English
- 10 euro per class with. If larger numbers then reduced rate.
- Each week different training sessions/ new technique & tips.
It's a fit & healthy way to meet new people, especially coming in to the new year when we will want to burn off the holiday season excess and prepare for the long awaited good weather to return!
If your interested to form a group please RSVP. Please only accept if your keen & reliable as I have arranged for the personal trainer especially for this! There will be a deposit of 20 euro for first two classes (as people are more inclined to make it happen then!)
Unfortunately if we don't meet the minimum group requirements I will have to postpone the idea for now.
