A bit more info on the training:
- Vondelpark area.
- Weekly x 10 weeks. - Interactive training.
- 45 minute sessions - Jogging - to improve distance, pace, breathing and overall running performance - Strengthening & stretching exercises - to tone and improve posture.
- 10 euro per session (we will need 6 people minimum to form a group).
- Each week different training sessions/ new technique & tips.
I tried to set this up before Christmas and despite a high acceptance only 2 people showed on the evening. However I appreciate with the wet weather, the festive party season and the holidays the timing for the suggestion was a bit off.
Once spring has kicked in and summer is about to come knocking I believe people will be more motivated ! (I'd set it up sooner only I am away all of Feb..)
