What a fantastic NLP Cafe last night! With 20 in attendance was one of the highest attendance we have had. Quality questions and engaging conversations added to the learning and brought up ideas for future NLP Cafe topics. Hope everyone enjoyed the two exercises we did - a lot of state shifting was going on with the Circle of Excellence :) Keep practicing as the shift gets stronger and stays longer as you are changing brain circuitry with repeated practice and your resourceful states (focused, motivated, etc.) will be easier to access whenever you want. I look forward to seeing you at the next Cafe! Stay tuned and watch this space for date and topic to come soon....

Oh, and if you can please fill out the Meetup Poll with your comments on topics for future NLP Cafe events. Catch the link under the 'more' tab above, first item you will see is 'Polls'.

    Thank you --and keep warm!

    Jacquie
