I've just taken over the group in the spirit to keep things going and to really share the power of nlp and hypnosis.
I'd like to take a moment though to acknowledge our previous organiser, Esther Zheng, a friend of mine who has now taken a new journey to explore life's opportunities in the east - Esther, I wish you all the very best! x
Although I will be updating this meetup in the near future, here is what Esther had written about this group:
I realised that there were a lot of people who were beginners to NLP who got frustrated when attending other NLP events because they were not getting a clear explanation of what NLP was or guidance on how to learn more.
Also at some of the events there were a lot of attendees who already knew a lot about NLP and so the beginners got lost.
This group is for all those who are interested in learning NLP FROM SCRATCH, for people with close to zero knowledge of NLP.
We will be offering the following:
- Teaching sessions on basic NLP principles - An online course that you can take to learn more about NLP

I am pleased to annouce that we will now be holding a weekly class called "Intro to NLP" every Tuesdays.
The class will cover 12 separate topics on NLP which can be learned individually so if you miss one class you can pick it up next time.
The classes are:

These sessions will be a combination of teaching on how to use NLP to tackle these problem areas as well as visualisation/hypnosis exercises that you can use to really get a breakthrough in your unconscious mind. Finally, you will receive a LOT of comprehensive notes as well as techniques and tools that you can use DAILY to tackle these areas.
Tools and techniques like: - Creating a happiness anchor to stop you from overeating/getting angry/overspending - Using visualisation techniques to ensure you are totally confident when going for an interview - Learning how to paraphrase and match/mirror people that you want to improve your relationship with - Using visualisation techniques to change habits (eg. getting angry when you get stuck in traffic, snacking on junk food)
As you can see, the stuff you learn is guaranteed to change your life as long as you commit to practising and implementing them daily!
These are all areas that I have worked on myself and see tremendous improvements and changes so I am living proof that this works!
