Hi Ira, and welcome to the Albuquerque Cyclists Club!!
Hi Ira. We play at 6 & 7 on Monday. Let me know if you want to come out.
We paid $86 for the two slot tour with Gabriel. The lower Antelope, where you can spend several hours in it and the Indians there just wander through, making sure you are ok. Nice young men. It cost $26. Don't forget to toss sand in the air between the sun shining in at the top and the spot of sun it makes on the ground. It makes a great white beam. Wish I was going with you.
It is cheaper if you do all three the same day, We three had Garbriel all to ourselves at Rattlesnake and Sheep. I believe the mile marker is 103 or 301 on Rt 98. Same road to the Main way in to Upper Antelope, but past the 1st tour co.
We paid $40 the first day and $6 to get in the gate and had the 1st tour co that was NOT good. She ended up taking us in the the slot and having Gabriel take us with his group. 7 of us total. We hooked up with Gabriel the next day at his bosses place.
Hi Ira, yes I was... The tours into Antelope Canyon are 5 in number. The one that is at the main gate in is NOT the one you want. They didn't have their act together. The good one was down the road another mile or so. They have this roof on 4 poles but no privys. Gabriel is the guide to get. He is superior. Knew what to set your camera at, etc. Take your tripod in with you. If you can and have the time, sign up for Rattlesnake slot, Sheep slot and Upper Antelope.
