I like psychological thrillers, especially heavy in science and technology, Daniel Suarez, Robin Cook
Hearing the justification for differing points of view is something I welcome and enjoy. In our book club at school, the discussions always lead to an analysis of life in general, how people's experiences make their perspectives different. Conclusions people come to about race, gender, sex, money, politics, religion and family are often substantiated or discredited simply by discussing a good book together.
I'm in the area.
Hi. I've been a replanted New Orleans' native for over 20 years. Born and raised in the south. I have a wife and two children (well one young women and a man!). Currently, I'm Chief Science Officer for a genetics company and live in Harvey.
Very intelligent group. This is obvious a group of serious readers. I feel challenged by the group to read differently and read something I would not ordinarily read. Booze on a Tuesday night is not something I normally do. so I will have to take it slow. Maybe wine instead of beer next time.
